"Open" Den Community Membership: Enjoy an exclusive entry level, limited membership at The Den.  The Den will only accommodate twelve (12) Open Community Memberships.  Once twelve members are signed, additional members may join our waiting list if they so choose.  Open Community Members will have access to all common areas within The Den (including the "The Den", "The Study" & "The Boardroom" (so long as it is not reserved by another Member) and will enjoy all daily Den amenities.

The Loft on School Street: The Den is offering a premium 684 sq. ft. Loft Office Space comprised of five (5) individual, dedicated office spaces which can be utilized by individuals members to accommodate their small business needs. Dedicated Private Office Membership: There are only seven (7) Private Offices / Executive Suites available at The Den on School Street. These offices can accommodate anywhere from 1-4 members. Perfect for a small team or solo-preneur in need of premium, private, executive "lock + key" office space.

Minimum commitment of 1-year is required. Membership may be renewed or revert to month-to-month thereafter.

The Boardroom may be reserved by Members at no charge for up to two hours upon availability.  Non-Members may book The Boardroom at a rate of $65/hour (one hour minimum booking required).  Boardroom amenities include custom live edge 12' conference table, 12 adjustable, comfortable leather chairs, large whiteboard, overhead projector with drop down screen, 65" LCD equipped with AppleTV for presentations and access to beverages (bottles of water, La Croix, coffee & tea) available in The Den Kitchen.  Capacity for The Boardroom shall not exceed 14 people.

Behind The Den

Background + Vision

Todd Weinberg has spent the last nearly thirty years as an entrepreneur and investor focused primarily in the areas of technology, venture capital investment, retail fashion and real estate development/management.  

Born in New York and raised in California, Todd is a true Bay Area native and has a deep love for his hometown of Danville.  In late 2015, he purchased the historic Podva/Shuey House on 100 School Street in the heart of downtown Danville.  He and his wife have always admired this landmark property and are proud to now be a part of its long standing history in the community.  As such, the Weinberg's vision is to share this special place with other community members who also take pride in its history and presence in this special town.  

Todd's wife, Jill, has impeccable taste and a keen eye for interior design.  She has worked tirelessly to achieve the distinct and refined interiors of The Den.  The Den's modern and classic elements evoke a sense of warmth and calm throughout.  

Todd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Mass Communications from Westmont College.  He and his wife currently reside in Danville and have two amazing children that he is convinced will someday change the world;)
